My computer is in bad shape. It's a Windows XP (Gateway) and is about 5 years old. It's slow and only has 2 megabytes of space left

I don't know how to clean it of unwanted programs, so I'm hoping to get a new computer in the nearest future.

Does anyone know a good computer brand? I do not want HP, Dell, or Mac.
